Customer Service Telephone

We are happy to answer your questions and take your orders over the phone if you do not wish to provide your details online. Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday (10am – 4pm, excluding bank holidays). 


We regularly added the vast collection of different segment products line of around over 1000 samples. Unfortunately, we cannot display our full 5000+ online collection due to space constraints. To avoid disappointment, should you wish to view a specific rug, get in touch before you stop by to check if there is a display piece or sample for it currently in the showroom.
